Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 days after dispatch


Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $12.95 Flat Rate.

Express Shipping: $16.95 Flat Rate.

Free Shipping: On orders over $100 unless stated otherwise or unless another promotion/sale is active. 


Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within Australia.

No international shipping at this stage.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our carrier’s website.


Shipping Delays
