Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 days after dispatch

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 Flat Rate.

• Express Shipping: $16.95 Flat Rate.

• Free Shipping: On orders over $100 unless stated otherwise or unless another promotion/sale is active. 

Shipping Destinations

• Currently, we ship to addresses within Australia.

• No international shipping at this stage.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

• While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, postal delays) may affect delivery times.
